Baseball is a game played between two teams of nine players each. The main objective of the game is to score runs by hitting the ball using a bat touching the four bases arranged at the corners of the field ninety feet square. The two teams are known as the batting team, which hits the ball while the other team is known as the fielding team that tries to stop them from scoring. There is a pitcher for each team. Baseball is a game that has been in existence for a long time right from the US and spreading to other countries across the globe. Different continents have different leagues for the game for example in North America; teams are divided into National Leagues and American League. Every league has three divisions namely central, east, and west. The main equipments used in the game of baseball are a ball and a bat. The field dimension has only four bases. These comprise of the Home base, First base, Second base, and Third base. The field also constitutes two white straight lines known as the foul lines. These lines extend from the outside edges of the home plate. The pitchers plate is almost in the middle of the diamond shaped plate.

Attire includes a helmet, protective shielded gloves, a pair of conductive socks and sheen guards. A radiation blocking headband should be worn, silver lining garments, shielded cap. All these are worn to prevent injuries and for protection from insects and natural or organic sprays that are chemical free. There are a number of things to avoid wearing when playing baseball especially for the ladies. These are heavy makeup, miniskirts, high heels, strong perfume, or cologne, a jersey for the team that is not playing currently and anything with the team logo.

Like any other game, baseball has its rules and regulations. Not unless the players do respect them, team managers, coaches, umpires and administrative officers, the game will make no sense. Before a game commences, an umpire must ensure that all the players are in the correct attire. They should be all dressed in the right uniforms. He should also master the rules of substitution e.g. when a pitcher is injured. He should learn the penalty rules. The game ends when a winning team scores the highest running within the playtime.
